Born on April 9th in a certain year ,Jane-Francess Lem is the name she was given by her parents, she is the 2nd among 3 children, with an elder and a kid brother ,went to Humility bilingual nursery and primary school and lateron to PSS  Mankon from form 1 to lowa sixth but later on moved to Progressive for
her upper sixth education.she had been a Contestant at Miss Bivigence 2016
(Miss beauty vision intelligence) ,she is presently a student nusre in Florence nightingale higher institute of nursing and bio medical sciences..Mic Empress as she is normally called has worked with Radio Hot Coco in Bamenda ,PJ ,as she is also called is now working with Rush FM Bamenda...Frances Jane also a name given by her fans is the MANAGER of the one of the Best Upcoming Record labels in Cameroon now,TRIBES MEN MUSIC, A post where she took a month ago and it now acclaimed by the public, many in and out of Cameroon, speaking with the CEO of the label ,he said mic Empress is the best manager to ever work with cos she is straight forward and she takes TMM in  heart especially when she buys ice cream for her artists to do good work.lol,..let just wait and see what she got for TMM as the time goes by. Niki Heat Model,Audrey Monkam Crowned Miss Beach 2017 .

Douala,30th May 2017 - Cameroon's leading modeling agency Niki Heat Model Management.Its pleased to announce that the crown of Miss Beach 2017 belongs to one of theirs.Top model Audrey Monkam won 9th edition of the pageant competition this 27th of May in Limbe after beating out a field of 25 finalists.Another Niki Heat Model  Adama Ruth finished third making this a very successfully contest for the agency. Organized by  Seme Hotel  and  Spa .This Beach is a yearly event aimed at responding young videos through the promotion of tourism and culture in Cameroon. Audrey was the first runner-up at the last year's Miss Arts and Culture and saw her hard work and relentlessness payoff this year.The agency had four models among the finalists and they all made it into the Top 10.In addition to Audrey and Adama were Njende Augustine aka Spice and Jessica Njong.
